1. General Provisions
- The Company is financially responsible for the Client's account balance at any particular moment.
- The Company's financial responsibility starts with the first record of a Client's deposit and continues up to a full withdrawal of funds.
- The Client has the right to demand from the Company any amount of funds available in their account at the time of the enquiry.
- The only official methods of deposits and withdrawals are those which appear on the Company's official website. The Client assumes all risks related to the usage of these payment methods, since the payment methods are not the Company's partners and not the Company's responsibility. The Company is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of a transaction caused by the payment method. If the Client has any claims related to a payment method, it is their responsibility to contact that payment method's support service and notify the Company of the claim.
- The Company does not assume responsibility for the activity of any third-party service providers the Client may use to make a deposit or withdrawal. The Company's financial responsibility for the Client's funds starts when the funds have been loaded to the Company's bank account or any other account related to the payment methods on the Company's website, and ends when the funds are withdrawn from the Company's bank account or any other account related to the Company. If fraud is detected during or after a financial transaction, the Company reserves the right to cancel the transaction and freeze the Client's account.
- In case of technical mistakes related to financial transactions, the Company reserves the right to cancel such transactions and their results.
- The Client may have only one registered account on the Company's website. If the Company detects duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to freeze the Client's accounts and funds without the right of withdrawal.
2. Client's Registration
Client registration is based on two main steps: web registration, and identity verification. To complete web registration, the Client must provide the Company with their real identity and contact details, and accept the Company's agreements and their appendices.
The Company carries out an identity and data verification procedure to confirm the correctness and completeness of the data specified during registration. The Client is obliged to provide a scan or digital photo of their identification document, and a full copy of all pages of that document including the photo and personal details. The Company reserves the right to demand any other documents, such as payment bills, bank confirmation, or bank card scans, as necessary during identification.
The identification process must be completed within 10 business days of the Company's request; in some cases the Company may extend this period up to 30 working days.
3. Deposit Process
To make a deposit, the Client makes an inquiry from their Personal Cabinet, choosing a payment method from the list, filling in the necessary details, and completing the payment.
Withdrawal request processing time depends on the payment method used and may vary; the Company cannot regulate this processing time. Electronic payment methods may take seconds to days; direct bank wire may take 3 up to 45 business days.
Any transaction made by the Client must be executed through a source belonging exclusively to the Client, who carries out the payment using their own funds. Withdrawals, refunds, compensation, and other payments from the Client's account can only be made using the same account (bank or payment card) used to deposit the funds, and in the same currency as the corresponding deposit.
4. Taxes
The Company is not a tax agent and does not provide Clients' financial information to third parties, except in case of an official demand from government agencies.
5. Withdrawal Policy
- At any time, a Client can withdraw part or all funds from their Account by sending the Company a Request for Withdrawal, limited by the remaining balance of the Client's Account at the time of order execution. If the requested amount (including commissions and other expenses) exceeds the balance, the Company may reject the order after explaining the reason.
- The Client's withdrawal order must comply with the requirements and restrictions of applicable legislation in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment system and wallet ID previously used to deposit funds. The Company may limit withdrawal amounts to a payment system based on deposits received from that system, and may, at its discretion, make exceptions and request additional payment information for other systems.
- A Request for Withdrawal is executed by transferring funds to the Client's External Account by an Agent authorized by the Company.
- The Client must make a Request for Withdrawal in the currency of the deposit; if different from the transfer currency, the Company will convert the amount at its established exchange rate as of the time funds are debited.
- The currency in which transfers are made to the Client's External Account may be displayed in the Client's Dashboard, depending on account currency and withdrawal method.
- The conversion rate, commission, and other expenses related to each withdrawal method are set by the Company and may be changed at its sole discretion, and may differ from official or market exchange rates.
- The Company reserves the right to set minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts depending on the method, as set out in the Client's Dashboard.
- A withdrawal order is deemed accepted once created in the Client's Dashboard and displayed in the Balance History section and the Company's accounting system. Orders created any other way will not be accepted or executed.
- Funds will be withdrawn from the Client's account within five (5) business days.
- If funds sent pursuant to a Request for Withdrawal have not arrived in the Client's External Account after five (5) business days, the Client may ask the Company to investigate the transfer.
- If the Client made an error in payment information that resulted in a failed transfer, the Client will pay a commission for resolving the situation.
- Client profit in excess of deposited funds may only be transferred to the Client's External Account by a method agreed by the Company and Client; the Company has the right to withdraw a previous deposit by the same method it was made.
6. Payment Methods for Withdrawals
Bank transfer
- The Client may send a Request for Withdrawal by bank wire transfer at any time, if the Company accepts this method at the time of transfer.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account opened in the Client's own name; the Company will not execute orders to transfer money to a third party's account.
- The Company will send funds to the Client's bank account according to the information in the Request for Withdrawal, provided the applicable conditions are met.
- The Client understands and agrees that the Company assumes no liability for the time a bank transfer takes.
Electronic transfer
- The Client may send a Request for Withdrawal by electronic transfer at any time, if the Company uses this method when the transfer is made.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the Client's own personal electronic payment system wallet.
- The Company will send money to the Client's electronic account according to the information in the Request for Withdrawal.
- The Client understands the Company is not responsible for the time an electronic transfer takes, or for technical failures occurring through no fault of the Company.
The Company may, at its discretion, offer other withdrawal methods, as posted in the Client's Dashboard. For details on saved-card recurring payments, see our One Click Payment Policy.
